Athlete Care Program

SISTEM provides low-cost massage clinics for competitive athletes and weekend warriors. Our licensed therapists have all graduated from the school, and are dynamically cultivating their skills as athlete care providers. Massage sessions will incorporate various techniques to meet the goals of an athlete's maintenance massage, pre-event tune up, or post-event recovery. Modalities used include:

Sports Massage
Swedish Massage
Shiatsu
Myofacial Release
Trigger Point

Clinics are held on Sundays at the P.H. Ling Clinic at the Swedish Institute.

Clinic dates for 2010 will be posted soon.

Cost is $60 for a one-hour session. Appointments are required.

Availability: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
